In order to successfully use PWs, learners must become responsible editors, librarians who carefully archive and classify, and researchers who contribute their own views and opinions to Internet discussions, cooperation and projects. Network technology requires individuals not only to learn to receive and view information, but also to learn to interact with others. Use the personal learning network independently, critically and thoughtfully.
